As an Intern in Digital Enablement, you will have the opportunity to support Digital-related priorities, programs, and initiatives that help shape the future of Aritzia's digital business.Working closely with teams across Digital Product Management, Digital Design, Omni, Digital Technology, Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, you will gain broad exposure to how digital strategies are developed and executed at scale. Through meaningful project work and collaboration with business leaders, you will develop valuable business, operational, and project management skills while contributing to exceptional digital experiences for our clients.Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skillset you can carry forward into your bright future.THE ROLEAs an Intern in Digital Enablement, you will:Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the Digital divisionAssist in coordinating and tracking Digital programs and initiatives to ensure successful executionSupport cross-functional operational projects that drive business and customer impactHelp facilitate collaboration and communication across Digital and partner teamsMaintain department tools, documentation, project plans, and business support resourcesDevelop reports, analyses, and presentations that enable informed business decisionsPartner with stakeholders to support planning activities, meetings, and project milestonesTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Intern, Digital Enablement has/is:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessPassion for Aritzia and the fashion industryStrong organizational skills with an appreciation for structure, prioritization, and attention to detailAn interest in business operations, project management, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformationA problem solver who thinks critically and develops thoughtful, practical solutionsStrong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectivelyWork experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valuedTHE DEPARTMENTDigital Enablement offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to how Aritzia's digital business operates and grows.
