About the role#
As a Research Product Specialist Summer Analyst, you will work with teams that bridge our portfolio management and research processes with business development. You will act as a representative for portfolio management teams, supporting senior specialists in creating content and sharing analytics for client portfolios. This role focuses on product management, performance analysis, and client communication.
What you'll do#
- Draft client-ready responses to investment questions regarding philosophy, process, and performance.
- Build and refine presentations and materials for new business pitches.
- Analyze portfolio performance using existing tools and help develop new monitoring tools.
- Conduct custom portfolio analysis to answer questions from clients and senior investment professionals.
- Present your analysis results to product and portfolio teams.
- Examine how investment themes, industries, country exposures, and market dynamics drive performance outcomes.
- Create pro-forma portfolios and assess their alpha contribution.
What you'll need#
- You are a student graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- You have programming skills, with Python highly preferred.
- You possess strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
- You communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
- You have a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
