Content Creation & Marketing Intern

About the role#

Anchor Home is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creation & Marketing Intern to support internal and external marketing efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives, helping to communicate the organization's mission and impact through digital media.

What you'll do#

• Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Design and distribute monthly newsletters.
• Use Canva and CapCut to create visual and video content.
• Repurpose existing content to highlight the organization's values and impact.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and slide decks for leadership.
• Design branded graphics for various campaigns and initiatives.
• Support general marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A passion for content creation and digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• An eagerness to learn.

Location & details#

• Location: Timonium, Maryland (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday.
• Compensation: $17 per hour.
• Employment type: Full-time internship.
