About the role#
The Human Risk Management team focuses on strengthening our cybersecurity culture. As an intern, you will support awareness, training, and risk reduction initiatives. This role involves helping employees make informed cybersecurity decisions while you gain experience in communications, education, and analytics. You will work on real projects that contribute to our organizational goals.
What you'll do#
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
- Support phishing simulations and related awareness activities
- Create training content and educational materials
- Analyze program metrics to develop reports on effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative stakeholder projects
- Contribute to initiatives that encourage positive cybersecurity behaviors
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with junior standing or higher
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Pursuit of a degree in Cybersecurity, Communications, Psychology, Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information in simple, business-friendly language
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Interest in human behavior and decision-making regarding cybersecurity
