About the role#
This internship program is designed for undergraduate students interested in product management within the Global Commercial Services division. You will contribute to the product strategy for commercial offerings and play a central role in identifying customer needs and building experiences for business clients.
What you'll do#
- Develop business cases for new products, features, and customer experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Synthesize data and analytics to develop actionable recommendations.
- Support core product management processes, such as maintaining backlogs, prioritizing features, and documenting operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into insights.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company-provided visa sponsorship.
