About the role#
As a Product Management Intern within Global Commercial Services, you will play a central role in shaping the strategy for commercial products. You will work to identify customer needs, build experiences, and manage product lifecycles in a team focused on delivering financial and payment solutions to businesses ranging from small shops to large corporations.
What you'll do#
- Develop business cases for new products, features, and customer experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Synthesize data, analytics, and financial insights to develop actionable recommendations.
- Support product management processes, including maintaining backlogs, prioritizing features, and documenting operational workflows.
- Collaborate across functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear insights.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
