About the role#
The Financial Crime Delivery team within Global Merchant and Network Services manages Know Your Customer (KYC) activities. This internship provides exposure to operational oversight, monitoring, and remediation efforts that ensure the security and integrity of our merchant network. You will work within a team focused on maintaining high standards of risk management and control.
What you'll do#
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the merchant business and KYC requirements.
- Support KYC operational oversight and governance activities.
- Assist with KYC remediation initiatives and help resolve operational gaps.
- Analyze KYC operational data to identify trends and potential areas of risk.
- Partner with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, and Technology to support KYC and AML implementation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Master’s degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest and experience in risk management, KYC, AML, or Financial Crime compliance.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
