About the role#
The Campus Graduate Masters Summer Internship Program is based in the Business Strategy team of Global Servicing. This division manages customer service, credit, and fraud operations for consumers, merchants, and commercial clients. Interns own a critical business project, working to solve strategic and operational priorities. Successful participants may receive an offer to return to a 2-year Rotation Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Develop insights and present recommendations to shape customer experience, digital transformation, data-driven strategies, or regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, risk, finance, technology, and operations.
- Lead projects, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and present findings to senior leaders.
- Analyze data using statistical and optimization techniques to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a champion for innovation by sharing best practices and applying critical thinking to marketplace dynamics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Masters or MBA program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work as a self-starter with limited oversight.
- Interest in financial services, payments innovation, and business transformation.
