About the role#
As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes. You will work on technical tasks while following established practices and procedures, with supervision provided throughout the summer term.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing manufacturing systems, focusing on continuous improvement for production equipment quality and throughput.
- Help design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Study product requirements to inform your work.
- Research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university, with 1-3 years of completed coursework.
- Pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technological field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Status as a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

- This is an on-site position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a paid, part-time role.
