About the role#
This is a 12-week full-time internship based in St. Paul, Minnesota. You will work with the Risk Management Product Department on projects related to products like vehicle insurance tracking, real estate insurance tracking, and financial recovery solutions. The program runs from May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Design and build a Risk Management Product Knowledge Hub using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Inventory current Risk Management reports and identify key metrics for a standardized monthly summary.
- Assess standard and non-standard Service Level Agreements across all products and clients.
- Define metric availability and reporting processes for existing service agreements.
- Assess client product packages to align current states with newly defined package options.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A degree path in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently in a production environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
