About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship based at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. You will join the Enterprise Technology Performance and Insights team to analyze technology performance and develop dashboards. This role offers hands-on experience with business intelligence, data visualization, and process improvement while you work alongside experienced analysts and technology leaders.
What you'll do#
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and IT performance reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various technology and operational sources.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and insights.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and quality assurance for analytics projects.
- Document metrics, reporting processes, and dashboard functionality.
- Research reporting best practices to support automation and data visualization initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is preferred.
- Experience working with data in academic, internship, or extracurricular projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts or project work is preferred.
