About the role#

You will work directly on company accounts and business goals rather than performing administrative tasks. This role is designed to prepare interns for a potential transition into a full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Drive business results on ALKU accounts.
- Partner with a seasoned sales mentor for daily guidance.
- Learn all aspects of the sales cycle, including internal hiring and external placement.
- Solve problems as they arise.
- Develop a deep understanding of the staffing industry.
- Use various outreach platforms to connect talent with opportunities.
