About the role#
This internship program is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real accounts and drive business impact from day one. You are paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help guide your progress. The program aims to transition early-career professionals into full-time roles.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones, book meetings, and chase leads.
- Complete Circuit, our internal training program, to gain hands-on experience and real-time feedback.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.
- Hit specific performance metrics.

Location & details#
- Location: Andover, Massachusetts.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: During the fall and spring semesters, you must work a minimum of 12 hours per week, scheduled around your classes. During the summer, you will work 40 hours per week.
- Status: This is a full-time, paid internship. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
