About the role#
This internship is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work on real business accounts and make an impact from your first day. You will be paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help guide your progress. This program serves as a path to full-time employment at ALKU.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones, book meetings, chase leads, and hit metrics.
- Complete Circuit, our intern training program, to receive hands-on experience and real-time feedback.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.

Location & details#
- Location: Franklin, Tennessee.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $16-$18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: During the fall and spring semesters, you must work a minimum of 12 hours per week, scheduled around your classes. During the summer, the role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- Status: This is a paid internship. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
