About the role#
This internship program is designed to build foundational sales skills and grow your professional network. You will work with real accounts and handle actual business tasks from your first day. You will be paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to guide your progress. The program aims to prepare interns for potential full-time roles at ALKU.
What you'll do#
- Book meetings, chase leads, and hit performance metrics.
- Complete Circuit, our internal training program, to gain hands-on experience and real-time feedback.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.
What you'll need#

- Ability to learn quickly and start contributing immediately.
- Leadership experience among your peers.
- A charismatic and enthusiastic personality when working with clients.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications are preferred.

- Location: Andover, Massachusetts.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: Minimum 12 hours per week during the semester, scheduled around your classes.
