About the role#
As a Pharmacy Student Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting. You will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist to support patient care and pharmacy operations. This role focuses on building clinical skills while helping our team serve the local community.
What you'll do#
- Perform all pharmacy duties under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Consult with customers and health care professionals regarding drug therapy, prescription knowledge, and health products.
- Participate in clinical services, including immunizations, vaccinations, and disease state management.
- Help implement company initiatives designed to increase pharmacy profitability.
- Fill prescriptions in compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited school of pharmacy.
- A valid state intern license, if required by the state of employment.
- The ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in work priorities and schedules as business needs require.

- This position is located in South Elgin, Illinois.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling start date.
