About the role#
We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Intern to join our team in Fond du Lac. You will work under the direction of Support Specialists to assist our users and maintain our hardware. This is a paid position that offers hands-on experience with real-world technical tasks.
What you'll do#
- Provide support to end-users through phone, email, and walk-in requests.
- Analyze technical issues and troubleshoot them to a successful conclusion.
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops for our staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a related Associate's, Technical, or Bachelor's degree program.
- Previous experience working with computers and laptops.
- Proficiency with recent versions of Microsoft Windows and the Office suite.
- Strong customer service skills to assist employees effectively.

- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This role requires part-time hours during the school year and full-time hours during the summer.
- Majors: Computer Science or Computer Engineering students are encouraged to apply.
