About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in fire protection system design. You will work on various projects while building your technical skills in a professional construction environment.
What you'll do#
- Design automatic sprinkler systems using HydraCAD.
- Ensure all system designs follow applicable codes and contract requirements.
- Prepare stock lists using the standard company format.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor degree program in a related field, such as Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Strong math and analytical skills are preferred.
- Prior experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is helpful.

- This position is based on-site in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date.
