About the role#
Agropur is hiring a Production student for an on-site role in Don Mills, Ontario. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term. You will work in a unionized environment where training is provided. The starting wage is $25.35 per hour, with additional premiums of $0.75 for evening shifts and $0.85 for night shifts.
What you'll do#
- Operate, wash, and sterilize equipment following HACCP instructions and operation standards.
- Complete production, quality, and washing reports accurately.
- Follow all Health and Safety policies.
- Handle related tasks such as palletizing and operating forklifts.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work all shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Must be available to work every Saturday.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Pursuing studies in Agriculture, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, general laborer, or in a warehouse is an asset.
