About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer student position based on-site in Victoria, British Columbia. You will join our production team for the 2026 summer season.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily production processes.
- Support team members across various operational tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Agriculture, Biology, or Business Administration programs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Experience with artificial intelligence technology is preferred.
