About the role#
As a Team Member Success Intern, you will join the People team to support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. You will work alongside experienced team members who provide mentorship as you gain hands-on experience in the recruiting lifecycle. This role contributes to our work in space exploration by helping connect talent with opportunities at our company.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives, including identifying and engaging candidates for technical and business roles.
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with recruiting projects, university outreach, and career fairs.
- Present project results and findings to the People and Recruiting teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail when managing candidate information and interview schedules.
- Comfort learning and working with new software and technology platforms.

- Compensation: Paid internship ($20 - $29 per hour) with a housing stipend.
