About the role#
The Legal & Contracts Fall Intern will support the Legal & Contracts team in Westminster, Colorado. This role involves reviewing agreements, researching regulatory requirements, and preparing documentation for government and commercial programs. You will gain hands-on experience with aerospace regulations, compliance tasks, and contract lifecycle management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare basic contract summaries and extract key terms.
- Assist with document formatting, version control, and template comparisons.
- Observe internal and external negotiation meetings.
- Perform research on regulations and summarize findings for review.
- Assist with compliance checklists and document organization.
- Support risk logs, tracking tools, and supplier documentation.
What you'll need#
- Working toward an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Public Administration. Law degree or Master's candidates in these areas are also eligible.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment.
- Experience with project management or process improvement.
- Strong analytical writing skills and comfort with technical documents.
- Professional communication skills.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20-$29 per hour, based on year in school.
