About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our team to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries. You will work alongside professionals on client engagements and receive training to build your professional skills. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio with potential opportunities for a permanent position after the internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Support client engagements, including audits and reviews.
- Work with for-profit and non-profit organizations.
- Assist audit seniors, managers, and partners with planning, field work, and report preparation.
- Complete assigned duties as needed.
- Travel within San Antonio and surrounding areas as required.
What you'll need#
- Current Accounting major, either in your final year or having completed your undergraduate degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Completion of an auditing course by the start of the internship.
- Active progress toward meeting education requirements for CPA certification, with a willingness to pursue the designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills.
