About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering HR services across our Canadian workforce. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, reporting, and diversity programs. You will work in a hybrid environment during the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support Workday transactions and maintain data accuracy through audits and corrections.
- Respond to HRBP inquiries and assist with employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and discount programs.
- Help plan and communicate DEI initiatives, learning sessions, and philanthropy projects.
- Track participation, compile summaries, and prepare follow-up documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities and administrative tasks.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards while conducting basic data analysis to identify trends.
- Participate in special projects across the HR department.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as both are required for this role.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Teams, and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with Workday is considered an asset.
