About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on a meaningful business project that addresses a real company need. You will receive guidance from experienced mentors and gain exposure to our operations and teams. At the end of the internship, you will present your work and recommendations to business leaders.

- Support employees and teams with recruiting, training, employee programs, communication, and HR processes.
- Develop your professional, analytical, and leadership skills through structured opportunities.
- Build relationships with peers, subject matter experts, and leaders across the organization.
- Complete a business project with measurable impact.

- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- You have a proactive attitude and are ready to take ownership of your assigned projects.
