About the role#
Fenner Precision Polymers is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the summer of 2027. Based in Lititz, Pennsylvania, this full-time, paid position reports to the Senior HRIS Analyst. You will participate in individual and cross-functional projects, engage in professional development, and present a final project overview to the executive leadership team.
What you'll do#
You will support a strategic project aimed at evaluating and improving a key employee program. Your responsibilities include:
- Learning the goals and business value of your assigned program.
- Documenting current processes, resources, and employee experiences.
- Researching external best practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Assessing how well the program serves employee needs and business priorities.
- Implementing enhancements through data analysis, content development, and system updates.
- Defining measures of success to monitor program impact.
- Creating presentations and materials to communicate your findings.
- Presenting your observations and recommendations at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Standing as a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- An interest in how organizations develop people and solve business challenges.
- Skills in gathering information, analyzing findings, and developing recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative through coursework, student organizations, employment, athletics, or volunteer activities.
