About the role#
As an Engineering College Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations. You will work on a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.
What you'll do#
- Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
- Create performance-based reports.
- Conduct delay studies to identify loss areas and improvement opportunities.
- Assist the manufacturing team with the implementation of lean concepts in the assembly department.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- A graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a year-round basis.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
