About the role#
The Student Admissions Assistant is a support role within the Office of Admissions. This position helps with behind-the-scenes tasks to support the admissions process. You will work in a team environment with flexible scheduling, including options for weekend work.
What you'll do#
- Maintain the office space by organizing supplies and keeping the area tidy.
- Prepare materials for upcoming interviews and university events.
- Assist with inventory management and organizing promotional swag.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student in good academic standing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and basic Excel.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of promotional materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Location & details#
- Location: Mesa, Arizona.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Up to 10 hours per week during the academic term.
- Status: Paid, part-time position with rolling availability.
