About the role#
As a Construction Management Intern, you will support the rollout of our drone delivery infrastructure across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will help manage the full project lifecycle, from site identification and permitting to final construction. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Government Affairs, to get sites operational. This role requires frequent travel throughout the region to oversee project progress and coordinate with external partners.
What you'll do#
- Support construction projects and site infrastructure to ensure schedule and cost targets are met.
- Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across various trades, including electrical and assembly.
- Help develop improvements to construction methods and processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Track and communicate project timelines to internal teams.
- Support site-readiness walks and project quality checks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Development.
- Must have completed at least the second year of undergraduate studies.
- Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam or Procore.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May/June through August/September).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid internship ($30 per hour).
