About the role#
Zettabyte Inc is seeking a Growth Operations Intern to support user growth and engagement for our AI infrastructure platform. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, focusing on attracting new users, refining onboarding processes, and increasing retention through data-driven experiments and community outreach.
What you'll do#
- Design and execute user acquisition campaigns targeting developers and AI teams.
- Assist in the development of user onboarding and activation programs.
- Support retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities.
- Analyze key growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor growth performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.
- Collect developer feedback to identify platform improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with AI tools, SQL, Python, or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience in growth, marketing, or community operations is a plus.

- Location: Bay Area, California (Remote or Hybrid options available).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Term: Rolling basis, 3-6 months duration.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
