Growth Operations Intern

About the role#

Zettabyte Inc is seeking a Growth Operations Intern to drive user growth and engagement for its AI platform. This role operates at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, focusing on attracting new users, improving onboarding, and increasing retention through data-driven experiments. The internship is a full-time position with a duration of 3 to 6 months and a possibility of extension.

What you'll do#

• Design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams.
• Assist with user onboarding and activation programs.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities.
• Analyze growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Build reports and dashboards to track growth performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
• Collect developer feedback to identify platform improvement opportunities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
• Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with AI tools, basic knowledge of SQL or Python, and interest in AI infrastructure or cloud platforms are considered assets.
