About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at the business functions at Zebra Technologies. You will join the North American Early Careers team to support intern experience operations. This role is designed to help you build leadership, planning, and organizational skills while gaining exposure to our product portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the day-to-day intern experience and manage team-based work assignments.
- Analyze data from intern climate surveys and present findings with recommendations to the Early Careers team.
- Evaluate the impact of internal email newsletters and suggest improvements.
- Plan and execute at least one social or virtual event for National Intern Week.
- Practice your interpersonal skills by connecting with business contacts.
- Increase your knowledge of Zebra's technology solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date after May 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical behavior and maintaining confidentiality.
- A willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Successful completion of a prior Zebra internship is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
- The role is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
- This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of at least three days of in-office attendance per week.
