About the role#
This summer internship offers graduate students a chance to gain experience within the Program Management Office at Zebra Technologies. You will work on cross-functional initiatives that impact our product and solutions business units. The program includes hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with the broader Zebra team.
What you'll do#
- Execute automation tasks as part of our AI for PMO Initiative, including building agentic workflows for reporting and status tracking.
- Support our goal to build a modern Program Management Office by rethinking legacy processes.
- Manage team-based work assignments.
- Develop your planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Increase your knowledge of the Zebra product portfolio.
- Practice your communication skills by connecting with business contacts through follow-up activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate (MS or MBA) degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Artificial Intelligence.
- An anticipated graduation date between 2027 and 2029.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with digital automation and building AI agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with program management and corporate processes.
- Skills or experience related to go-to-market situations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical behavior and confidentiality.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Holtsville, New York.
- This position requires a hybrid work schedule with three days per week in the office.
