About the role#
As a Student Ambassador, you will work on-site at our College Station community. You will report to the General Manager and handle the daily operations of leasing and marketing. This role focuses on maintaining positive resident relations and supporting the overall success of the property.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase apartment features.
- Manage the full leasing cycle, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease documentation.
- Oversee move-in and move-out procedures, including ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
- Handle phone calls, in-person inquiries, and follow-ups with potential residents.
- Accept rental payments and maintain accurate commission records.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in weekly leasing activity meetings.
- Manage service requests and plan resident functions.
- Maintain the appearance of the office and model apartments.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive, solve problems, and take initiative.
- High level of organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and online database systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
- Ability to maintain open communication with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

- Compensation: $10.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities, 401k with employer matching, and paid time off.
