About the role#
As a Student Ambassador at Pinnacle State College, you will handle daily leasing and marketing operations while fostering positive resident relations. You will report to the General Manager and play a central role in maintaining community standards and supporting our residents.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase apartment features.
- Manage the full leasing cycle, including lead generation, qualifying prospects, and processing lease paperwork.
- Oversee move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
- Assist with lease renewals and accept rental payments.
- Support marketing initiatives, track market conditions, and participate in weekly leasing meetings.
- Manage resident service requests and help plan community functions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and model apartments.
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Communicate policy updates and support the broader community team with daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage people at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and online database systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and an awareness of cultural diversity.
- Ability to maintain open communication with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
