About the role#
Your Support Services Network is seeking a student volunteer to assist our Human Resources department. This is a part-time, unpaid contract position based in our Aurora office. You will work 21 hours per week, scheduled over three days.
What you'll do#
- Update and review agency policies, job descriptions, and interview templates.
- Research methods for performance development.
- Help the team with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality in all administrative duties.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or graduation from a Business College or Human Resources program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail.
- A police clearance that meets agency standards.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Proof of a primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization.
