About the role#
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services is hiring a part-time Social Media HR Co-op to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will help us promote open positions and share our mission through digital channels. This role offers flexible scheduling to fit your academic commitments and provides experience in both human resources and marketing.
What you'll do#
- Develop and carry out social media strategies that highlight our employer brand and open roles.
- Create digital content, including videos and flyers, to help attract new talent.
- Use creative methods to communicate our organizational culture and mission.
- Represent the Talent Acquisition team at job fairs, both in person and virtually.
- Manage digital content across various social platforms to support our recruitment efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media strategy and content management.
- Proficiency in video editing, digital media tools, and illustration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio of your work must be submitted with your application for review.
- A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with the ability to work primarily remotely.
- The role is part-time at 20 hours per week.
- We offer mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
