About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Student Staff member in Elmhurst, Illinois. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling application term. You will work on-site as part of a team dedicated to the Young Life mission of proclaiming the Gospel and supporting adolescents in their faith.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Work with a team to conduct Young Life club and discipleship ministry.
- Follow all organizational policies and maintain professional standards.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, Communications, Human Resources, or Political Science.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
