Student Staff Wyldlife

About the role#

This is a part-time Student Staff position for the Orono Wyldlife team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role is part of an established area comprising multiple staff and ministries, including Young Life, Wyldlife, and Capernaum. This position requires a commitment to the Young Life mission and the signing of a Statement of Faith.

What you'll do#

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life through solitude, retreat, reflection, prayer, and study of God’s Word.
• Seek and maintain relationships and disciplines through active participation in a church community.
• Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
• Participate in leadership with a team to conduct club and discipleship ministry.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including office support, expense reports, and goal setting.
• Engage in area and regional training, including mentorship and fundraising principles.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a college degree, with a preference for Psychology majors.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
