Maintenance Intern

About the role#

The Maintenance Intern position provides professional development through on-the-job experience within the Maintenance Department. This role focuses on supporting maintenance planning and inventory management functions at our manufacturing facility.

What you'll do#

• Manage the Tool Crib implementation process.
• Enter and quote parts into the inventory management system.
• Store and organize incoming parts.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Maintenance Planner.
• Maintain records and compile information for management use.
• Respond to inquiries to provide information and direction.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage electronic records and perform multiple technical tasks.
• Capacity to juggle several assignments independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external groups.
