About the role#
Workwear Outfitters is hiring a Merchandising Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Nashville, Tennessee. You will support the merchandising team with daily operations, showroom maintenance, and product analysis.
What you'll do#
- Help with department organizational tasks.
- Set up and merchandise showrooms.
- Prepare rooms for presentations.
- Clean and organize work spaces.
- Manage sample orders and ship garments.
- Cull obsolete inventory.
- Issue Style Change Requests.
- Prepare products for presentations.
- Conduct line and competitive analysis.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Education or experience in Merchandising or Product Development is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
