About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Innovation and Sustainability teams. This role supports product-related initiatives, regulatory tracking, and internal communication efforts. You will work with cross-functional teams to help advance our innovation pipeline and sustainability goals.
What you'll do#
- Research and benchmark emerging materials and technologies.
- Track and map regulatory requirements, including SB 261, EU GPSR, and DPP.
- Organize and maintain documentation for both innovation and sustainability projects.
- Prepare presentations and support internal briefings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on ESG topics.
- Assist with supplier engagement and the adoption of sustainability tools.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Up to one year of related professional experience.
- Academic background in sustainability, environmental science, product development, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management platforms like Smartsheet or AI tools such as CoPilot is a plus.
- Strong time management and communication skills.

- This is an on-site position based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
