About the role#
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Intern to help build foundational reliability practices. You will work within our SRE team to maintain system performance as we scale our products. This role offers hands-on experience in monitoring, automation, and incident management while working alongside experienced engineers.
What you'll do#
- Monitor system reliability and performance with senior engineers.
- Shadow team members during incident response, triage, and root cause analysis.
- Write basic automation scripts to reduce routine operational tasks.
- Learn and apply best practices in system design, maintenance, and change management.
- Follow established processes for testing and service deployment.
- Participate in team learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Git is preferred.
- Familiarity with developing AI based solutions is a plus.

- Term: Summer 2027 (13-week program from late May to mid-August).
