About the role#
As an Invoice Support Specialist intern, you will handle data and invoicing tasks within SAP to ensure our clients receive accurate billing. You will report to the Outage Support Services Invoicing Manager. This is a full-time, paid remote position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Order to Cash functions.
- Analyze data and communicate details regarding client purchase orders.
- Verify cost-validation workflows.
- Help with data validation tasks.
- Support the team by generating reports and conducting analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.
- Familiarity with basic accounting terms and formulas.
- An interest in data management and analytics.
- A desire to work within a support organization, such as a help desk, shared services, or ticketing environment.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- The internship takes place from May through August 2027.
- The pay rate is $23.00 to $26.30 per hour, based on your skills and experience.
