About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program for the summer of 2027. You will work full-time at our Boston headquarters, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship within the investment management industry. This program helps you build professional skills while contributing to meaningful projects alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do#
As a summer intern, you will join a team within our Client, Investment, or Infrastructure platforms. You will gain exposure to the business functions that support our firm. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day team projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conducting research, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Collaborating with teams across the firm.
- Working on a summer project to solve a real business challenge.
- Presenting your work and insights to senior leaders, mentors, and peers at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
We welcome students from all academic majors who are interested in business, finance, or operations. You should be a current sophomore or junior working toward a bachelor's degree. We look for the following qualities:
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A curious and adaptable mindset.
- Experience through on-campus activities, leadership roles, volunteer work, or previous employment.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (four days per week in the office, one day remote).
- Status: Full-time.
