About the role#
The Underclassmen Fellowship is a two-day program held in our Boston office. It is designed for students in their freshman or sophomore year who want to explore a career in finance. This program offers a look into the life of an investment analyst at Weiss Asset Management. Participants will join us on January 7th and 8th, 2027. We cover transportation and hotel costs for all selected fellows.
What you'll do#
- Engage in interactive sessions with analysts and senior management.
- Participate in educational and development programming.
- Build a foundation in financial markets, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
- Attend professional and social events to connect with team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a freshman or sophomore student.
- Graduation years of 2029 or 2030.
- An interest in a career in finance.
