About the role#
We are hiring six Finance interns for the Winter 2027 cohort. This eight-month term begins January 11, 2027. You will join one of six specialized tracks: Accounting & Financial Reporting, Brokerage Finance, Internal Controls, Finance Operations, Treasury: Debt Capital Markets, or Treasury: Financial Partnerships. You will work with a manager and mentor to handle real responsibilities from your first weeks.
What you'll do#
- Own real work and contribute to team goals immediately.
- Deepen your knowledge of a specific finance area and understand its connection to the broader company.
- Integrate AI into your daily workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
- Propose and implement process improvements to make workflows more efficient.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Connect your specific tasks to the overall client experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or a recent degree from a program in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- A working understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage real deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, fintech, and how AI is changing financial workflows.
- Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in finance and analytics.
