About the role#
This PhD internship focuses on research problems related to world modeling and reasoning within autonomous driving systems. You will work within the AI Foundations team to prototype and iterate on research ideas. The role involves presenting your findings to internal teams and preparing your work for publication to the broader research community.
What you'll do#
- Solve research problems in world modeling and reasoning.
- Prototype and iterate on new research concepts.
- Share your research findings with teams across the organization.
- Publish your results to the research community.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a PhD program for Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Research experience in machine learning and computer vision.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with deep neural networks and at least one deep learning framework like PyTorch, Jax, or Tensorflow.
- Preferred: First-authored publications from top-tier conferences in computer vision, graphics, or robotics.
- Preferred: Research experience with large language models or generative models.
