About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern, you will take ownership of a project aligned with your field of study. You will work alongside experienced Associates to support engineering initiatives and deliver results. This role offers the chance to build your professional network through planned events and activities across our sites.
What you'll do#
- Manage a project tied to your specific engineering discipline.
- Collaborate with team members to complete engineering tasks.
- Participate in networking events to connect with other interns and staff.
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as product development, quality, process, or facilities engineering.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Biomedical, Packaging, or Robotics Engineering.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year before the internship begins.
- Intent to return to your degree studies after the summer.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week, full-time, on-site internship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Locations: Newark, DE; Elkton, MD; Flagstaff, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour for non-California locations, and $30.00 to $32.40 per hour for California locations.
