About the role#
Voyager Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support our defense and space manufacturing operations. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on data integrity, procurement support, and supplier tracking. This is a full-time, paid, remote internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Support MRP interim tracking, including monitoring material use, scrap, transfers, and on-hand status.
- Maintain open order reports with weekly updates to ensure visibility for buyers and Subcontract Administrators.
- Track supplier purchase order acknowledgements to improve overall PO visibility.
- Assist with procurement transactions in the ERP system, such as order placement, returns, and planning parameter adjustments.
- Organize and maintain the Procurement and Contract File Library, including NDAs, quotes, technical evaluations, and negotiated terms.
- Track commitments versus actual deliveries to support supplier performance monitoring.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and data organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and general data analysis.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- This position is fully remote.
- Compensation is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR/EAR) to be eligible for this role.
