About the role#
Voyager Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support our defense and space manufacturing operations. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on maintaining data integrity, improving supplier visibility, and organizing procurement documentation. This is a full-time, paid, remote internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Support MRP interim tracking, including material use, scrap, transfers, and on-hand status.
- Maintain open order reports with weekly updates to support buyer and SCA visibility.
- Track supplier purchase order acknowledgements to improve PO visibility.
- Assist with procurement transactions in the ERP system.
- Organize and maintain the Procurement and Contract File Library, including NDAs, quotes, and technical evaluations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and data organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
