About the role#
This summer position supports plant operations at our Charlevoix location. You will work on-site to keep the plant in safe operating condition through general labor and maintenance tasks. This is a paid, full-time role for the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Promote a safe work environment by participating in plant safety programs.
- Perform manual labor throughout the plant and quarry, including tasks like shoveling, sweeping, vacuuming, and jackhammering.
- Report any environmental or safety concerns to the team.
- Assist with other operational activities and duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be registered for full-time attendance in high school or an accredited college or university.
- Preference is given to students pursuing post-secondary education.
- You must be available to work the full term as required.
- Academic backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering are relevant to this role.

- Note: A maximum of two weeks of unpaid vacation is permitted during the summer term.
