About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our team as a Technical Services Representative for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Carp, Ontario. You will work within our ready-mix concrete division to support quality control and site operations.
What you'll do#
- Visit job sites to perform CSA and ASTM testing on concrete and raw materials.
- Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures.
- Collect market and job information while promoting value-added products.
- Supervise and plan the efficient use of equipment and materials.
- Recommend changes to existing production standards or quality procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering Technician (CET) program or a related field of study such as Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- A valid G2 or G driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
